We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

Sale items and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we made an error with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures regardless of this policy.
